Aviation Nation!

I want to start featuring more of my personal photography in this space so I’ll start with my trip to Nellis AFB for their semi-annual Aviation Nation airshow. The event happens in November and it’s a good time to bring out the telephoto lens to get up close and personal with the pilots. I can get so close that on the high resolution version of the fighter jet shot below you can see the pilot’s entire name painted onto the fuselage. I love this event, support it when you are in town over Veteran’s Day weekend.
