Last minute photo shoot at Lone Mountain Regional Park off of 215 near Lone Mountain. I was blown away by how great this park is for photo shoots. Interesting desert landscape and large, wide-open grass fields make for a lovely backdrop. I noticed that, had we more time, we could've gotten closer to Lone Mountain and had a completely different desert look to the shots. I will be back!

Always fun to shoot homecoming shots! I fell in love with this shooting location in the Southwest... I've since poked around the park a little more and there are so many places to uses as a photographic backdrop ranging from green grass and park settings to gloriously stark desert a few steps away. Looking forward to the next shoot at Mountains Edge Regional Park.

Union Pacific's antique steam engine Big Boy #4014 came through Vegas and stay overnight to refuel at a train station near Fremont Street. The public was invited to see the train chugging in for the stop and help Union Pacific celebrate 150 years of the transcontinental railroad.
